A Life In Reverse Return to 7th Annual Perry County Barn Jam

As promised, 2012 has been a busy busy year for us so far! We are wrapping up mixing of our new record, which will be out this summer! (More details on that to follow...)
We are pleased to announce that A Life In Reverse will return (for the 3rd year!) to perform at the 7th Annual Perry County Barn Jam in Duncannon, Pa. The Barn Jam has become A Life In Reverse tradition, and we are thrilled to have been asked to come back for a third time!
We will go on around 8pm, but it is an all day event. So, you can BYOB and a dish of food to share and make a day out of it. Just bring food to share and admission is free... Sweet!

Before Mike left for Chicago, we reconvened in our studio to polish off some leftover tracks and record a couple of our favorite covers. Our hopes were to capture the live feel and essence of these songs that really helped define the experience of seeing us play live. The tracklist includes:

Increased collaboration from bassist Aki Murphy expand the melodies and add new sonic layers to ALIR's signature western-rock sound. From the spaghetti-western overture that is 'Four Men Riding' and the big-rock guitarplay of 'Shotgun Symphony' to the contemplative retrospective of 'Just This Once,' ALIR have once again created a package that promises to transport you back to the American frontier for 45 minutes of solid six-shooter rock.
